Sarah Andrews
Founder & Lead Consultant

Sarah has over 20 years of experience in nonprofit management and fundraising. Her extensive background includes strategic growth planning, organizational capacity building, annual and capital campaigns, engagement and stewardship programs, sponsorship and promotions, grant writing, and major giving programs. A lover of aha moments when things click and then action happens!

Sarah is a native of Manchester, NH who thrives on strong coffee, loud music (90’s throwbacks anyone?) and being outside. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her family and friends and she is a proud mom to two daughters, along with her husband Justin. She is also a yoga instructor at Humble Warrior Power Yoga.

Justin Andrews
Director of Finance

Justin has been working along side Sarah since 2021.  Justin handles all of our financials including bookkeeping and accounting. 
Justin’s background in nonprofits and human services helps him to identify with the organizations we serve and how our community is directly impacted by what we, and they, do.
In his free time, you can find Justin at Humble Warrior Yoga taking one of Sarah’s classes, spending time with their daughters or hitting some balls on the golf course.
Amanda Young
Project Manager
 
Amanda has over a decade of administrative, management, and content development experience and joined Andrews Consulting as a Project Manager. She has excellent organizational skills (and loves a good spreadsheet!), and her can-do attitude, desire to help others, and out-of-the-box thinking make her a great asset to our team! Following an unprecedented and extremely successful fundraising campaign for the Mont Vernon Library Charitable Foundation, supporting fundraising projects has become a personal passion and expanded skill set for Amanda.

When she's not working, Amanda can be found homeschooling her two children and taking family road trips in her campervan. She resides in the small town of Mont Vernon, where she loves volunteering in her community.

Stacey Morison
Project Manager

Stacey Morison joined Andrews Consulting in April 2025 as a Project Manager, bringing a strong background in organizational leadership, event coordination, and nonprofit fundraising. A former classroom teacher and office manager, she has spent the past decade applying her skills to volunteer leadership roles, spearheading successful fundraising campaigns and fun community events that generated significant growth in revenue and participation. Recognized as the 2023 Amherst Citizen of the Year, she is known for her initiative, creativity, and ability to manage complex projects with precision. Outside of work, Stacey enjoys chauffeuring her two awesome kids to their various activities, singing along to whatever is playing on the radio, catching local theatre shows, and reminding herself (again) that she really should start strength training.
Autumn Grdina
Project Manager
 
Autumn joined Andrews Consulting in 2026, with a background in accounting and a sharp eye for detail that shows up in everything she does. She is well-versed in development operations and finance, and her ability to jump in  wherever she's needed makes her a natural fit for the fast-moving world of nonprofit consulting. Autumn is deeply rooted in her community, serving as Vice Chair of her local Friends of the Library group and Co-Recreation Director for her town. Her genuine love of volunteering and supporting others is something she brings to every nonprofit client she works with.
Cindy Blanchard
Project Manager
 
Cindy joined the Andrews Consulting team in 2023, and brings a powerful combination of strategy and people-centered experience to her work. A seasoned sales professional and experienced event director, she knows how to plan, execute, and deliver. Cindy’s organization and energy are an asset to our fundraising projects of all sizes and scale. As a Project Manager, Cindy partners with nonprofit clients to support their annual fundraising and campaigns, bringing structure, ideas and a genuine passion for mission-driven work.
